Muscular strength and range of movement is the focus of this creative multi-level conditioning exercise geared for individuals 65 and over. Great fir beginners and low impact.

SILVER SNEAKERS CIRCUIT

Circuit class working with a combination of cardiovascular an resistance training exercises designed to increase cardiorespiratory and muscular endurance​.

Perfect for intermediate level and needs to tolerate standing for longer periods of exercise.

Silver Sneakers Chair-Yoga­

Be ready to move your whole body through a complete series of seated and standing yoga poses. Chair support is offered to safely perform a variety of postures designed to increase flexibility, balance and range of movement. Restorative breathing exercises and a final relaxation will promote stress reduction and mental clarity.​​
