Plyometric/strength based conditioning stations, intermixed with cardio.

GROUP STRENGTH

This strength class consists of upper and lower body strengthening with the use of barbells, dumbbells, and bands. MAT

KUNDALINI YOGA

Specific techniques for breathing, movement, sound current and meditation to create an authentic union within ourselves. 

L1FT/SH1FT

An interval based workout utilizing bodyweight, weights and cardio. 

Pilates

Focused instruction incorporating deep core strengthening, mobility, and breathing techniques with postural control. MAT

 

REJUVENATING STRETCH

A mindful lengthening of the muscles with a focus on breathing and the opportunity to return the muscle to its pre-workout length. MAT

STRENGTH Fusion

Intense workout combining dynamic total body exercises utilizing various types of equipment for muscle building. 

YOGA- Kundalini

Specific techniques for breathing, movement, sound current, and meditation to create an authentic union with ourselves. MAT

SILVER SNEAKERS BOOM MUSCLE

You'll move through several "blocks" which focus on different muscle groups. Focus on toning and building strength.

Muscular strength and range of movement is the focus of this creative multi-level conditioning exercise geared for individuals 65 and over. Great fir beginners and low impact.

SILVER SNEAKERS CIRCUIT

Circuit class working with a combination of cardiovascular an resistance training exercises designed to increase cardiorespiratory and muscular endurance​.

Perfect for intermediate level and needs to tolerate standing for longer periods of exercise.

Silver Sneakers Chair-Yoga­

Be ready to move your whole body through a complete series of seated and standing yoga poses. Chair support is offered to safely perform a variety of postures designed to increase flexibility, balance and range of movement. Restorative breathing exercises and a final relaxation will promote stress reduction and mental clarity.
